The Salvation Army (Southern) - - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent, prompt and courteous member services for members and prospective members of the Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center;
Sell memberships and/or classes and give tours to promote the center;
Handle cash, operate the POS system, and receipts deliveries/donations;
Answer telephone calls and emails, directing to appropriate staff in a timely manner;
Maintain knowledge of programs, events, and schedules; upsell opportunities such as personal training or parties
