Salary Range: $14.00 - $18.00 Hourly

I. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Respond effectively and courteously to customer service inquiries, requests or complaints.

• Return all customer calls in a timely manner
• Notify the appropriate personnel to handle the customer's problems and concerns
• Research and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Enter service and route data into computer for billing and route scheduling purposes
• Service all Residential and/or Commercial accounts by setting up new accounts
• Take payments efficiently and accurately
• Additional clerical duties, as assigned, if needed

• Excellent customer services skills
• Basic customer skills required for inputting and retrieving data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
• Computer skills with ability to handle multiple programs and systems
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via e-mail and telephone
• Must have the desire and ability to learn company software applicationsQualifications
