• Designing and implementing training programs tailored to team needs.

• Monitoring the progress of trainees and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborating with management to identify training gaps and opportunities.
• Keeping training materials up-to-date and relevant.

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar training or management role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide and inspire others.
• A proactive and organized approach to managing training programs.
• The ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.

We value your expertise and hard work. The pay for this role ranges from $12.50 to $13.50 per hour
