What You will Do:

• Facilitate and manage the change request process for product design and development projects.
• Work with the engineering and operations teams to evaluate and approve change requests.
• Create and maintain engineering change documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.
• Pull drawings from database and mark up the proposed changes with redlines
• Utilize technical writing skills to develop the change problem, cause, solution, and substantiation
• Communicate change information to all relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
• Ensure all change requests are properly tracked and recorded.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on change request progress.
• Ensure change control processes are followed and all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems related to engineering change management.
• Ensure all regulatory and quality compliance requirements are met

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred, or experience with engineering changes in lieu of education
• 1-3 years of experience with engineering changes/change requests required
• Familiarity with drawings and GD&T
• Experience working in Teamcenter or similar PLM
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This position is classified as Remote within the United States.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
