Caesars Entertainment - - - Responsibilities:
Furnishes to or accepts cash, coin or gaming chips from multiple departments in exchange for gaming instruments.;
Records and maintains all paperwork for activity and transactions on the main bank reconciliation on a shift-by-shift basis.;
Processes and reconciles guest deposits and withdrawals, marker issuance and redemptions, holds, casino paid ins/outs, and related funds.;
Answers the telephone and assists guests with questions regarding deposits, credit and marker status, check cashing, and Caesars Rewards.;
Monitors and maintains ticket redemption kiosks and related equipment, replacing BVs as needed and escalating non-repairable issues to the NRT help desk; ensures terminals are in working order.
