• Operate CCTV technology to monitor casino activities and archive audio and video evidence.
• Proactively monitor all casino areas and personnel, including Table Games, Casino Cage, Soft Count, Slots, and Poker, to deter fraud and theft.
• Observe and review video, documenting specific incidents like guest complaints, procedure errors, theft, and variances.
• Maintain and improve knowledge of game rules, company policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
• Cooperate with local Gaming Authorities and assist law enforcement agencies as necessary. Testify in court as a company representative when needed.
• Identify trends and abnormalities by reviewing data and investigating anomalies.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the guest experience.
