Slot Guest Service Representative

Be at the center of the excitement as an on-call Slot Guest Service Representative at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino! In this guest-facing role, you will help create an exceptional casino experience by delivering friendly, personalized service on the slot floor. Whether you're answering questions, assisting with slot-related requests, or helping guests navigate the property, you will be a trusted resource who ensures every interaction is welcoming, engaging, and memorable.

Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to service will help create WOW moments guests will remember long after their visit.

The starting rate: $10.70 an hour + tips

The schedule:

  • On call | swing shift
  • 3:00pm (earliest) – 5:00am (latest)
  • Scheduled 4hr, 6hr, 8hr, or 10 hr shifts between the above-listed time frame

The day-to-day:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests throughout the casino floor, creating a welcoming and enjoyable gaming experience
  • Assist guests with slot machine questions, payouts, player inquiries, and general property information
  • Monitor the slot floor for machine issues or service needs and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate teams
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready gaming environment by ensuring slot areas remain free of debris
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and follow established cash handling procedures
  • Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work selected shift/days on an on-call basis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
  • Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
