Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Perform cash handling tasks in accordance with cash handling procedures, including cashing personal checks, processing cash advance transactions, cashing casino chips and gaming tickets, issuing and redeeming markers, and providing funds to the slot department for jackpot payouts;
Maintain and issue reel reward coupons to guests using cash transaction procedures;
Promote and assist guests with Caesars Rewards products, services, and promotions;
Respond to guest inquiries in a professional and helpful manner and resolve guest concerns;
Maintain knowledge of Title 31 program, BSA, AML, KYC, and Verbal address verification procedures
