This is a full-time, on-site role located in Biloxi, MS. The Finance Director will lead all financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing financial policies, and collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals. The role also involves identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing actionable insights for decision-making to company leadership.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Strong skills in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights
• Proficient in financial software tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred
• Experience in the retail or outdoor recreation industry is a plus
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
