Assistant Shift Manager - Cage

Job Title

Job responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, and evaluating main player services, banks, and applicable booths for optimum performance. Ensures proper accountability of funds during the shift, completes required accountability and compliance paperwork, coordinates with shift managers/supervisors of other departments to ensure timely, courteous service, promotes outstanding guest service, ensures department compliance with company, state, and federal requirements, performs credit/check-cashing duties, maintains knowledge of property information, supervises all player services and credit hard rockers, upholds the mission statement, represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner, lives by the Hard Rock values.

Competencies include knowing and complying with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act, possessing basic computer skills, data entry skills preferred, ability to balance shift and player services, basic mathematical skills, excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, being very detailed oriented, projecting a professional and positive image, having a high level of energy, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism, communicating clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests, understanding and promulgating written memos, instructions, regulations, excellent telephone skills, ability to function with minimum supervision and make effective decisions during the shift.

Education:

High School or better preferred.

Experience:

Previous casino player services or credit experience required. Previous cash handling experience preferred. Licenses &

Certifications:

MS Gaming License required.
