Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Weekend Concierge to join our team at [Company/Property Name]. As a Weekend Concierge, you will be the face of our property during weekend operations and will play a crucial role in managing guest requests, providing local information, and coordinating various services to enhance our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and events happening in the area.
• Assist guests with reservations, transportation, and other personalized requests, maintaining an exceptional level of service.
• Coordinate special requests, including room amenities, celebrations, and concierge services.
• Manage guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and activities to effectively assist guests with recommendations.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and lobby area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as booking systems and guest tracking.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
• Stay informed about hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, or customer service preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using technology and computer systems; knowledge of reservation software is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
