Senior Manager, Client Partner
Lead multiple client accounts, drive comprehensive account plans, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Cultivate team excellence, guide onboarding and transitions, and embed strategic innovation across digital channels.
Responsibilities- Client Management & Leadership:
Lead multiple client accounts, oversee a team to develop comprehensive account plans that address client needs and align with strategic goals, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention. - Client Onboarding & Transitions:
Act as the primary advocate for clients within the agency, ensuring goals are prioritized in strategic discussions and decision-making processes. - Team Leadership and Development:
Partner with pod leadership on providing timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks, conducting weekly 1:1 meetings to offer ongoing support, and ensuring adherence to scorecard tasks. - Business Acumen and Financial KPIs:
Utilize deep understanding of clients' business, industry trends, and KPIs to offer strategic guidance and impactful solutions. - Innovation and Thought Leadership:
Champion innovative thinking within the team, inspiring the development of leading‑edge solutions that drive client success and potentially win awards. - Client
Education:
Equip clients with knowledge and confidence to speak about strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing trust in our expertise. - Industry Expertise:
Apply in‑depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of client business and industry to enhance strategies. - Channel Expertise:
Leverage knowledge of multiple digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to develop strategic plans, tying channel recommendations to client goals.
- 7‑10 years of experience in Client Delivery roles with proven track record of executing successful campaigns and management experience.
- Expertise in multiple digital platforms and understanding of how they integrate.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Experience with research tools such as Pathmatics, Similar Web, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to analyze data using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
Hiring salary range: $100,000 – $115,000. Incentive pay program (Rev Share) includes monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and equity details provided upon request.
