Working remotely, the full-time salaried Release Train Engineer will facilitate an Agile Release Train for a large federal enterprise cloud platform, coordinating multiple agile teams to ensure predictable delivery and adherence to program commitments.
Key responsibilities:- Facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning and other program-level SAFe events
- Coordinating dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple agile teams
- Coaching teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders on SAFe practices and supporting continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may substitute for education
- Experience facilitating agile delivery across multiple teams in a SAFe environment
- Proficiency with agile project management tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust/suitability determination
