Overview
General Maintenance is responsible for performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for all maintenance and repairs of the facility
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of Hotel Operations Maintenance
- Assist other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work
- Work on call shifts for emergencies, holidays, and weekends
- Knowledge of painting, carpentry, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Related degree or accredited certifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Effective communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
