- In addition to meeting print deadlines, daily and weekly maintenance routines must be consistently followed.
- Strong quality control skills and a focus on productivity and efficiency are critical.

- Operation and maintenance of the finishing equipment (folders / stitcher / etc.).
- Workflow deadlines are to be completed as scheduled.
- Preventative maintenance will be done as time allow.
Experience working for a printer in the finishing department would be helpful but is not required. Also having a good mechanical background would be a plus.
