As a Nurse Practitioner at A Better Health Primary Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality healthcare services to our patients. This position is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of Primary Care experience, who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a collaborative setting. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our team of dedicated professionals to promote wellness and improve the lives of those in our community.

• Conducting patient assessments, including physical exams and health histories.
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Educating patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate, thorough and timely patient records.
• Maintaining timely and comprehensive follow‑up care for patients (i.e., lab and test results, orders, managing various patient care documents, medication management).

• A valid MS Nurse Practitioner license.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• At least 2 years of experience in Primary Care.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to take care of patients and follow‑up care in a timely manner.
