Responsibilities Include- Delivering nursing care aligned with residents' care plans
- Conducting health and psychosocial evaluations
- Monitoring residents' conditions and promoting health and prevention
- Coordinating services to ensure optimal resident well-being
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Preferred:
Two years of LPN experience, especially in assisted living or nursing homes; new grads welcome - Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate effectively
- Dedication to seniors' well-being and ability to work nights and weekends
- Capability to work in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings
Provide comprehensive health assessments, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate care services to enhance the quality of life for residents.
