The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional, high-end dining experience. This position supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading front-of-house teams, maintaining service standards, and ensuring every guest receives attentive, refined, and memorable service. The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about elevated hospitality.
Requirements- Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in upscale or fine-dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and elevated service standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm, polished, and guest-focused in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
