THE JOB:
The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving sales and earning commission. You'll help guests feel confident in their purchases while upholding our brand standards in a welcoming, high-energy environment. THE STARTING RATE: $13 per hour plus 3% commission

SCHEDULE:
Mid Shift Full Time
- 12 pm to 7 pm
- 1 pm to 8 pm
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
- Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
- Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest's ease of shopping.
- Own the guest's experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years old or older
