• Deliver a refined, branded luxury client experience that reflects client's values, history, and heritage.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual, monthly, and seasonal sales goals while contributing to overall store performance.
• Execute the client selling ceremony with confidence, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and storytelling.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI targets through high-quality service, conversion, and client development.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data within company CRM tools to support ongoing relationship building and personalized outreach.
• Actively manage and maintain a clean, organized, and up to date client book, ensuring timely follow ups on all sales and client requests.
• Build long term client relationships by advising on fashion trends, styling, and developments within the luxury market.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive, high performance store environment.
• Uphold all store security standards to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with client brand guidelines.
• Support daily store operations, including maintaining a clean sales floor, organized understock, and orderly stockroom.
• Adhere to client image standards, company policies, and operational procedures at all times.

• 2+ years of luxury fashion sales or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to diverse client needs and expectations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
