IPSC is recruiting for professional security officers in Biloxi, MS with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly regarded team.

Pay: $12.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule:

• Sunday and Monday: 12am – 8:30am
• Wednesday and Thursday: 4:00pm – 12:30am
• 10:30am – 7pm (to be discussed at the interview)

• Prior law enforcement experience
• Military experience and/or 2 years of Unarmed Experience

• Perform regular and random patrols of multiple premises
• Report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences
• Perform control procedures when necessary
• Operate emergency equipment
• Document nightly operations and file weekly reports
• Investigate breaches of property

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Sound communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Ability to work as a team member and solo
• Willingness and ability to work to a flexible roster, 7 days a week
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Reliable transport
• Active cellphone
• Clean criminal background
• Ability to pass a drug screen

• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and quickly in emergencies
• Ability to read and interpret written information under various circumstances
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle in the course of duties if required
• Ability to detect and identify sounds relevant to fires, floods, alarm signals, and persons in distress against distracting background conditions (e.g., machinery, traffic noise)
• Ability to walk, run, stand, climb, sit
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. waist high, if required
• Good mental health and ability to make decisions instantly during emergencies
• Meet the physical and mental requirements of the state(s) to be licensed by the state to perform Security Guard / Security Officer work and obtain the required license (Armed or Unarmed)
