Pipe Welder

Overview We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder to join our dynamic team in Biloxi, MS. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the fabrication and installation of piping systems in various platforms of maritime vessals across various projects. If you are passionate about welding and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities Perform welding tasks on various types of pipes, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques.

Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.

Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.

Proven experience as a Pipe Welder, preferably in the maritime or shipbuilding industry.

Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is preferred.
