What You Will Be Doing

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including walk in coolers and freezers, reach ins, ice machines, rooftop units, split systems, and exhaust and make up air systems
• Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment running strong
• Installing, replacing, and commissioning systems as needed
• Documenting your work clearly in our company system
• Talking directly with customers about repairs and maintenance plans
• Keeping your truck stocked and ready to go
• Responding to emergency calls when they come in
• Growing your skills through ongoing training

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong grasp of refrigeration systems, electrical diagnostics, airflow, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Commercial kitchen equipment experience is a plus
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces or varying weather
• Your own set of industry standard hand tools
• Willingness to join an on call rotation

Compensation Transparency

Pay is based on experience, certifications, and skill set, with room to land at the top of the range for technicians who bring advanced experience or manufacturer certifications.
