• Work exclusively in nursing home settings, ensuring continuity of care
• Work alongside NPs, therapists, and counselors for holistic care

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy oversight for geriatric patients
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans
• Ensure high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive long-term care environment

Compensation

• Competitive base salary between $300,000-$340,000+, based on experience and location
• $35,000 sign-on bonus
