Class A Recruiting/Overhaul Carriers Ltd. offers Class A flatbed drivers weekend home time, reliable miles and strong benefits.

Trainees: 1 year Over‑the‑Road or Regional experience;
Flatbed experience not required.

Experienced Drivers:
Minimum 6 months flatbed experience and 1 year Over‑the‑Road or Regional experience.

$1400–$1600 per week and $5000 sign‑on bonus for experienced flatbed drivers only.

Home weekends: 5 days on the road and 2 days home with family.

• Tarpping and strapping certain loads.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation; communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

• Minimum age 22.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Must pass a DOT drug screen; urine test.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than one at‑fault accident; recent at‑fault rollover within past year.
• No failed DOT alcohol/drug tests in lifetime.
• No recent terminations.
• DUI/DWI:
  None in past 5 years for experienced drivers;
  None in past 3 years for trainees (go by conviction date).
• Felonies and misdemeanors will be reviewed.
