Position Summary
Class A account offers steady miles, top-tier entry-level pay, and zero driver loading or unloading for recent graduates from Class A driving school. Move freight efficiently without touching a single box.
What You Will EarnAverage Weekly Income: $1,200 to $1,500 gross per week.
Solo Pay Rate: $0.55 CPM out of the gate with max rate of $.65.
Weekly Miles: Expect 2,500 to 2,800 consistent miles every week.
Paid Trainee Phase: Earn $800 - $900 weekly while finishing your 250-300 behind-the-wheel training hours.
Note:
Training requires OTR running due to local trainer availability.
Freight Profile: 100% entirely no driver touch freight with over 50% drop and hook lanes.
Operating Area: Focused primarily East of I-35, stretching further out based on customer freight demands.
Home Time: Balance work and life with home time every other week (2 full days).
Rider & Pet Policy: Dogs and passengers are welcome on your truck the very day you go solo!

Qualifications- Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age.
- Safe MVR:
Clean record with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years. No major citations (reckless driving, 15mph+, tailgating) in the past year. - Accident History:
No more than one preventable DOT accident in the last 2 years. Rollovers or jackknifes must be a minimum of 5 years old. - Minor Incidents:
Under 3 preventable backing/parking lot incidents in the last 3 years. Combined total of all incidents and DOT accidents cannot exceed 3. - Background Check: DUI count limited to 1 in the past 5 years. No failed or refused DOT drug screenings. Felony convictions must be 5+ years old; misdemeanors must be 3+ years old.
