Location: City of Binghamton
Excellus BCBS seeks a FSA/HRA Plan Administrator to respond to inquiries from subscribers, groups, and providers and to coordinate daily administrative activities across a flexible portfolio of accounts (FSA, HRA, HSA, Transit, Student Loan, Tuition Reimbursement, Wellness). The role requires accuracy, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication.
Level I/II responsibilities include researching inquiries, processing claims, maintaining data, and participating in ongoing training.
