Williams Auto Group is looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our TEAM as a Service Advisor. This Automotive position plays an important leadership role within our Dealership and serves as a key connection between customers and our Service Department.

Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist with Automotive service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process through phone, text, and email
- Coordinate with technicians and Service Department staff regarding vehicle repairs and timelines
- Schedule service appointments and maintain customer follow-up
- Recommend additional maintenance and Automotive services when appropriate
- Explain completed repairs, charges, and maintenance recommendations to customers
- Utilize Dealership software and mobile technology for customer communication and repair tracking
- Maintain accurate records while following federal and state regulations
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience
- Support Dealership operations and complete additional tasks as assigned
- Previous customer service or Automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and Dealership software systems
- Ability to multitask in a busy Automotive environment
- Professional attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- ASE Certifications or Manufacturer Training preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
