Your Specific Responsibilities:- Respond to clients as soon as possible
- Manage multiple clients and work with our marketing team to help provide amazing results.
- Communicate effectively with Clients via Zoom
- Coach people to help them become the best versions of themselves.
- Generate new referrals from clients
- Understand Marketing Strategies
- Upsell clients when possible
- Proven experience of at least 1yrs as CSM in the SMMA space
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent Wifi, computer and Camera.
- Working knowledge of High Level CRM, , marketing systems and proficient with calendar, excel worksheets a plus
- Experience in home remodeling, painting business owners or similar is a plus.
- Full-Time Availability Work time: 10 Am-6 Pm EST
