Construction Superintendent

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for multi-family residential projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ground-up or renovation multifamily construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive schedules, safety, and quality on complex jobs.

You’ll serve as the primary on-site representative
, ensuring that each project is completed safely, on time, on budget, and according to specifications.

• Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to maintain project timelines and goals
• Schedule, monitor, and inspect work for quality assurance and compliance with plans/specs
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety protocols
• Review and manage project schedules, materials deliveries, and manpower
• Track and document progress, delays, and changes (daily reports, photos, RFIs, etc.)
• Assist in resolving field issues, conflicts, and design discrepancies
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and promote a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with building codes, company standards, and OSHA regulations

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Foreman in multi-family, commercial, or residential construction
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely and on schedule
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, etc.)
• OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
