Compensation: $15.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus up to $350 first day.

• Promote excellent customer relations; greet customers and assist them with parking and payment.
• Maintain parking facilities, equipment, and signage.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally.
• Operate payment terminals and process cash as necessary.
• Work nights, weekends, and special events as required.

• Dynamic, personable, and energetic with strong customer service skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and trustworthy. Must have a clean driving record and be able to operate a standard transmission vehicle.
• Capable of communicating in English (speak, read, write).
• Self‑directed and able to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
• Good under pressure; can handle emotionally charged situations.
• Flexible to work multiple facility locations and provide short‑notice event coverage.

• Cash handling experience (preferred).
• Prior parking or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and stand, walk, run, and bend for extended periods.

• Work in all weather conditions: heat, wind, snow, rain.
• Lift, push, or pull at least 10 pounds.
• Stand, walk, run, bend, stoop, and squat frequently during shifts.

• Paid training.
