fee-for-service (FFS) dental group located in the Greater Binghamton Area, NY,serving a large and loyal patient base across multiple locations.

Compensation:
35% of collections
Expected Earnings: $300,000-$650,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee:

• $1,100/day for the first 3 months
• $800/day thereafter

Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance: $10,000 lump sum (no clawback or conditions)

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with extremely strong patient demand and the ability to build a high-producing schedule quickly.

The associate will ideally work 4-5 days per week
, with flexibility available and rotating Saturdays shared across the doctor team
