Chianis + Anderson Architects is looking for a Senior Architectural Designer to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, contributing to design and technical leadership, mentoring team members, and helping deliver high-quality architectural solutions from concept through construction.
What You'll Do- Lead construction document development
- Coordinate with consultants and project teams
- Contribute to design development and technical problem-solving
- Perform QA/QC reviews
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction phase services
- Help mentor and support junior staff
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- 5+ years of architectural office experience
- Strong Revit proficiency and working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience with construction documents and consultant coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Newly renovated historic office in downtown Binghamton
