Emergency Medicine Physician

Staff Med Health Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join a dynamic and high-acuity Emergency Department in the Southern Tier of New York State. This modern facility features state-of-the-art equipment, private patient rooms, an on-site diagnostic imaging center, and a fully integrated laboratory to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
This Emergency Department is a Designated Stroke Center, supported by a comprehensive inpatient stroke unit for rapid diagnosis and treatment of acute stroke. With an annual patient volume of over 36,000 visits, providers will enjoy practicing in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights:

Annual Volume: 36,238 visits
Daily Physician Coverage: 36 hours
Daily APC Coverage: 12 hours
ED Beds: 28, including a Fast Track unit
Hospital Beds: 197
Hospital Medicine Program:
In place for admission support
Acuity Level: High, with a 20% admission rate
Trauma Level: Not designated

COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $300,000 - $450,000 annually

Requirements:

Board Certification:
Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM required)

Certifications:

ATLS, ACLS, PALS required

Experience:

Strong EM clinical skills in a high-acuity setting
