Job Description
SUNY Broome Community College is seeking part‑time adjunct faculty teaching positions in the History, Philosophy, and Social Sciences (HPSS) department. Candidates should be available to teach daytime, on‑campus classes in history and sociology on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday and/or Tuesday/Thursday schedule.
ResponsibilitiesTeach assigned courses, prepare lesson plans, deliver instruction, score assignments, and provide student support as a classroom instructor.
Qualifications- A Master’s degree in the discipline; OR
- A Master’s degree in a closely related discipline or profession with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline; OR
- An undergraduate degree in the discipline with a Master’s degree in a closely related discipline or profession.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
