SUNY Broome Community College is seeking candidates for part‑time adjunct faculty teaching in the Psychology & Human Services department.
Successful candidates will have previous experience teaching undergraduate psychology and/or human services courses such as General Psychology and Human Development.
Primary responsibilities include developing and teaching one (1) to three (3) courses per semester at the introductory and/or advanced level.
Requirements- A Master's degree in the discipline, or a Master’s degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline, is required.
- Teaching experience is required; preferably at the community college level.
- Comfort with technology and teaching in multiple modalities such as face‑to‑face, online, and Hyflex is preferred.
- Experience with learning or other assessment is also preferred.
- Applicants should be comfortable in the learner‑centered classroom and have a strong commitment to the community college mission.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship.
