Job Description:Budget
Title:
Senior Staff Assistant (SL-3)
- Assist Director and Assistant Director of Field Education in securing and developing internship placements
- Assist Director and Assistant Director of Field Education to ensure that the field education program achieves and maintains accreditation standards
- Support the field placement process alongside the Director and Assistant Director of Field Education
- Assist with field education orientations for students and field instructors
- Plan and coordinate field office events and meetings such as field appreciation day, etc.
- Maintain Field Education Office digital documentation and records
- Support Field Instruction course facilitation through assignment and hour tracking.
- Update and maintain field education website for the Department of Social Work
- Support Field Advisory Council, as needed.
- Serve on community committees and taskforce, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in social work
