The Environmental Division Director is responsible for integrating environmental services across engineering disciplines, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality, compliant, and innovative solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate across aviation, civil, structural, transportation, and other engineering teams to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

• Lead the Environmental Division, overseeing operations, project delivery, staffing, and financial performance on Environmental Division led and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Develop and execute the annual division business plan, including revenue, utilization, and profitability targets. Plan strategically for long term growth.
• Collaborate with other engineering discipline leaders to support integrated, multi-disciplinary project delivery.
• Oversee resource planning, workload forecasting, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sector clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly for projects requiring environmental and engineering integration.
• Partner with other division leaders to position the firm for large, complex, multi-disciplinary pursuits.
• Lead proposal strategies, including go/no-go decisions, teaming, and value positioning.
• Represent the firm at industry events, technical conferences, and professional associations.
