Position SummaryThe Assistant Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and technical execution of HVAC and other mechanical building systems for a variety of projects, including aviation, hospitality, healthcare, and educational facilities. This role requires the ability to work independently on complex tasks, ensure code compliance, and coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams using Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the design and analysis of HVAC, mechanical, and building systems for infrastructure and facilities projects.
- Support senior engineers with MEP system layouts, calculations, and equipment selection.
- Prepare engineering drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams on integrated building system designs.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program is preferred.

1 to 5 years of mechanical design experience in building systems. - Communication
