The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Manufacturing Engineer
- Lift Rite and LFP Support to bring enthusiasm and curiosity to the table. In this role, you’ll support the Lift Rite Production and LFP Battery production while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Use engineering and project management skills to analyze a proposed project, recommend the appropriate equipment and/or manufacturing process, procure the development, and implement the new process.
  • Manage the delivery of the project to the agreed scope.
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams, manage equipment suppliers, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Interface with multiple levels within the organization ranging from associates on the shop floor to managers and executives.
  • Simultaneously lead multiple projects that are semi‑complex to complex in nature.
  • Participate as a key team member on large cross‑functional project teams.
  • Manage external equipment and fixture suppliers as it relates to the assigned capital projects.
  • Perform a variety of engineering work as part of delivering a successful project—combination tables, value stream maps, work cell layouts, technical specifications, comparisons of solutions and suppliers, lead design reviews and equipment testing events, manage resolution of issues, etc.
  • Present project status to senior management and executive level staff. Recommend changes in project direction in response to business requirements.
  • Keep abreast of innovation in state‑of‑the‑art engineering techniques. Learn new processes, techniques, and systems.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field and at least 5 years of related experience.
  • Master’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field and two years of related experience.
What Sets You Apart
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience leading technical groups.
  • Understanding of motors, batteries, and hydraulics.
  • Experience with hand tools (precision measurement devices, torque wrenches, etc.).
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and carry out technical activities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, flexible, adaptable, and dependable.
  • Ability to present technical material to a technically diverse audience.
Where And When You’ll Work
  • This is an in‑person role located in Kirkwood, NY—ideal for those who thrive in a hands‑on, team‑oriented environment.
  • Travel less than 25% of the time.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like

Salary - $83,340 – $106,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
