The Binghamton Rumble Ponies, Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets, honor the area's carousel history with a spirited fan experience at Mirabito Stadium. From exciting promotions to competitive baseball, the Rumble Ponies deliver a fun, family-friendly environment for fans of all ages. With a focus on community connection and player development, they remain a key part of the Binghamton sports scene.

The Binghamton Rumble Ponies, Double-A Affiliate of the New York Mets, are seeking a creative, driven, & energetic individual for the role of Promotions & Game Day Experience Manager. The ideal candidate will be a creative & quick thinker who will help bring Rumble Ponies baseball entertainment and theme nights to new levels. The successful candidate should continue the Rumble Ponies success in delivering fan-first, family friendly entertainment to the Southern Tier and surrounding area.

Areas of Responsibility:

Assist in creation and implementation of Rumble Ponies promotional schedule elementsa. Assist with the planning of various theme nightsb. Coordination of various local organizations associated with appearances andd. Oversee nightly set-up and tear down of theme night activities and decorations.

Assist in the design and ordering of promotional giveaway items

Assist with the booking and coordination of Celebrity Appearance and other Entertainment Acts Coordinate the booking of entertainment towards providing the VIBE at Mirabito Stadium including but not limited to bands, kids activities, and other plaza entertainment

Manage Rumble Ponies on-line promotional calendar to be up to date with events, themes, giveaways and sponsors as they change through the year

Help coordinate with marketing team the release of the annual promotional schedule.

Assist in creation of and oversight of on-field entertainment, including:a. Creative and fun between inning gamesb. Pre-game ceremonies and performancesi. Work with sales team & community relations department to help coordinate.

Writing all Game Day Documents including scripts and game day sheets, and making any applicable changes in consultation with the Production Manager Assist with social media marketing when needed

Proactively seek opportunities to create memorable experiences for all fans at Mirabito Stadium Oversee the Carousel Crew, a game day spirit team of up to 10-15 members

Additional duties as assigned by General Manager and Director of Marketing Essential Duties:

Responsible for supporting the workflows, processes, and execution of partnership proposals, fulfillment/activation, recaps, and renewals.
