Position Title: Member Service Representative

Position Overview: As a Member Service Representative (MSR), you will serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering a high-quality, service-focused experience in a fast-paced branch environment. This role is responsible for processing daily financial transactions, addressing member inquiries, and building strong relationships through personalized service. You will support members with everyday banking needs while identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being.

With comprehensive training provided, this position is designed as a foundational entry point into the banking industry, offering the opportunity to develop essential skills and grow into advanced roles within the organization.

Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM to 12:30PM.

Compensation Range: $18.00/hr.

- $ 22.00/hr.

Location: Position is on-site at our Binghamton North Branch located at 1235 Upper Front St., Binghamton, NY.

• Process everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account questions
• Provide friendly, personalized service to every member
• Help identify member needs and suggest appropriate solutions
• Resolve account issues and elevate complex concerns when needed
• Support overall branch operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.
