Worldwide Tech Services is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, and to support desk-side applications and infrastructure.
You will provide on-site customer support, travel to client locations, ensure service calls meet SLAs, and report activities. Prior technical school certification and 0–2 years of experience are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.
