Location: City of Binghamton
Worldwide Tech Services is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician in the United States to perform basic to moderately complex troubleshooting on desktops and laptops, interfacing with clients to resolve issues promptly.
You will provide customer support for designated equipment, manage service calls within client SLAs, document activities, and report in real time. Some travel and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required; a valid driver's license is required.
