General Manager

Hanks Leather Goods is seeking a General Manager (Ecommerce) to lead the day-to-day operations of our business and guide the next phase of growth.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for an experienced operator who enjoys running a real business – balancing growth, profitability, people, and execution – while working closely with ownership in a family‑owned company.

• Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the business, ensuring strong execution across teams and partners
• Oversee marketing leadership, including paid media, retention, organic/social, and readiness, and launches
• Bring structure, focus, and accountability to weekly operations and priorities
• Identify and resolve operational issues while improving systems and reliability
• Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams, agencies, and vendors

• An experienced ecommerce operator, GM, or founder‑type leader
• Comfortable managing agencies, vendors, and cross‑functional teams
• Organized, communicative, and mission‑driven
• Excited to lead a heritage brand into its next phase of growth
