Position Overview
Supervisor – Revenue Cycle Training Team supervises operational training programs across the health system, including onboarding, Epic/EHR workflows, clerical systems, compliance education, and ongoing staff development. This role provides daily oversight of the training team and ensures training is consistent, effective, technology-enabled, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Supervisor promotes training quality, standardization, operational readiness, and continuous improvement while supporting staff confidence with key systems, workflows, and digital tools.

40. Compensation Range: per hour, depending on experience.
- Supervise daily work of the operational training team, including assignments, priorities, coaching, and escalation of training needs.
- Partner with leaders to assess training needs and develop standardized curriculum, workflows, job aids, and training plans.
- Oversee delivery and maintenance of training for system-wide clerical operational workflows.
- Coordinate with system administrators to update training materials for system changes, upgrades, and new functionality.
- Lead training readiness for implementations, go-live events, workflow changes, and operational transitions.
- Monitor training quality, completion tracking, competency validation, and follow-up support across departments.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and operational workflow training.
- Strong technology skills, including the ability to learn systems quickly, troubleshoot basic user issues, create digital training resources, and support adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Ability to supervise, prioritize, and evaluate training staff while promoting accountability and consistency.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance expectations, including HIPAA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, solutions-focused leadership style with the ability to support change and performance improvement.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in training, staff development, healthcare operations, or related education role.
- Experience delivering in-person, remote, and technology-supported training.
- Prior supervisory, team leadership, educator, preceptor, or coordinator experience required or strongly preferred.
- Experience with Epic/EHR workflows, Microsoft 365, learning platforms, reporting tools, or other operational technology preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
