Production Associate / Production Line
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Document Services production team and includes a variety of hands-on responsibilities based on departmental needs.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with print production and finishing, supporting delivery and logistics, and helping maintain workflow across the shop. Duties may also include loading and unloading materials, operating equipment, and supporting general shop operations to ensure timely completion of jobs.
This position will also assist with wide-format production, including signage, vinyl printing, and installation projects. As the department continues to grow in this area, the role may involve learning and supporting installation work both on-site and in the field.
There may be opportunities to assist with basic layout or design-related tasks, depending on experience and workload. This could include supporting existing projects, preparing files, or learning new processes over time.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is willing to learn multiple aspects of production and take on a variety of tasks as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience in print production or a related field preferred
- Interest in wide-format printing or installation work preferred
- Familiarity with basic design tools or willingness to learn preferred
- Self-motivated individual interested in learning new skills and building a career in production or graphics (training provided)
