The Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment, focusing on cancer care, treatment, and palliative medicine. This role is ideal for compassionate nurses who are dedicated to delivering evidence-based quality care.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Develop and coordinate patients’ plans of care to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care in partnership with patients.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ensure safety and quality in nursing care by integrating evidence-based practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership within the community.
• Utilize information technology effectively in patient care delivery.

• Education: BSN in Nursing preferred
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse, or less than 1 year if transitioned from the Newly Licensed Registered Nurse Residency (NLRN) Program
