• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care.
• Develop, update, and coordinate the patients' plan of care to achieve goals.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care in care planning.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure safety and quality in nursing care by integrating evidence and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and practice at the top of license.
• Demonstrate leadership as a change agent within the practice setting.
• Participate in the planning and presentation of educational programs.
• Proficiently use information technology and electronic health records.

• BSN in Nursing preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse, or less than 1 year if transitioned from the Newly Licensed Registered Nurse Residency (NLRN) Program.

• Current RN License in New York.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS are unit dependent.
• Specialty Certification preferred.
