About This Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care in an acute care environment, focusing on delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients with various acute conditions.
Highlights- Pay: $39.00 - $54.12/hour
- Location: Binghamton, NY
- Schedule: Part Time, Day shift
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and coordinate patients' plans of care to optimize outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care in partnership with patients.
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure safety and quality in nursing care by integrating evidence and best practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and practice within legal parameters.
- Demonstrate leadership and collaborate with the inter-professional care team.
- Education: BSN in Nursing preferred
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse, or less than 1 year if transitioned from the NLRN Program
- Licenses &
Certifications:
Current RN License in New York - BLS certification required
- ACLS and PALS are unit dependent
